Delegates NOT bringing families with them only need to complete the following sections remembering to hit the submit button at the bottom of the form:
• General Info
• Lecture Registration
• Conference Meals for delegate and spouse / partner.
Please register one vet at a time, filling in any relevant sections and scrolling to the bottom of the form to SUBMIT before beginning to register additional delegates. Once you hit the SUBMIT button, you get a message telling you that the form has been successfully sent.
Your form will be checked and an e-mail confirmation and invoice sent to you. On-line registration must include a functional e-mail address – places cannot be confirmed without this.
