– Mainly dairy with beef and sheep
– 10 vets in out of hours rota with back up available at all times

Reception Maternity Cover- Jubilee Vets, Newtownards
Jubilee are currently looking for a Receptionist to join our experienced Farm team for a period of maternity cover. This will initially be for 9-12 months and will include Saturday working on a rotational basis with occasional requirement for evening cover.
The role will include telephone duties, greeting clients and visitors to the Practice, replying to email and Facebook correspondence, management of electronic/paper diary and stock management as well as other duties.

Receptionist – Full-Time with Administration duties
Parklands Veterinary Group are looking for a self-motivated individual,to work as part of our existing Receptionist team.
The role will be to provide a high level of customer service to our Clients, deal with general enquiries, assist in the day to day functioning of a busy veterinary practice office and help manage all business relating to reception.
This is a one year, full-time post (with possible extension)
The normal working week will be Mon – Fri on a rota basis between 8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday cover is also required on a rota basis
Requirements:
– Good working knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft Office based packages
– 2 years previous experience in an Office/Receptionist post OR customer service environment within a veterinary practice or busy agricultural supply business
– A keen interest in farm/domestic animals would also be an advantage
