active research group with interests in helminth immunobiology, using ruminant fasciolosis as a model system to understand helminth-mediated immunoregulation. Her group also works to develop effective vaccination strategies to protect ruminants against liver fluke infection.
More recently, she has developed interests in relationships between gut helminths, the microbiome and inflammation.
