We have a permanent full time, 40 hour week (part time applicants considered), first opinion vet role available at Cromlyn House Veterinary Hospital and Clinic starting in July 2019. As we currently do our own out of hours there is a 1 in 4 OOH and weekend rota with shared bank holiday cover.
The hospital is also due to become the home to Northern Ireland Veterinary Specialists (NIVS), which will be Northern Ireland’s first specialist referral hospital. We are a truly mixed practice with 3 branches in
Maghera, Kilrea and Dungiven, not far from the airports, Belfast, Derry

Full time veterinary surgeon required to join our 3 branch, 7 vet team in 80% SA and 20% LA practice located close to Belfast. Ideally this is a mixed position but small animal only vets will be considered.

We are looking for a Vet to lead our teams and work between our All Creatures, based Limavady and St Elmo 100% Small Animal practice based in the Londonderry/Derry / Donegal border.
All Creatures Veterinary Health Centre is a small animal practice. Here you will work in a well-equipped hospital that offers our patients a full rehabilitation package including platelet cell therapies, class IV laser, acupuncture and hydrotherapy, digital imaging and in-house laboratory facilities.
At St Elmo, a 100% small animal practice with its own Emergency service, you will be part of a very experienced team with both practices and have a varied range of caseloads where you will be encouraged to build your own client base.

Full-time Veterinary Surgeon wanted to join a young, rapidly-growing, mixed practice in Co. Derry/Londonderry, starting June/July. We are working from a newly-developed, single-site premises in a quiet, rural location, only 15 minutes from city life and scenic hills and beaches. Our surgery is purpose-built for both farm and small-animal work, and is well-equipped with large and small animal ultrasound, digital x-ray, in-house lab etc. At present our breakdown is 60% farm animal, 40% small animal, with steady growth in both sectors.

A number of students, on both the Level 3 Veterinary Nursing and Level
2 Animal Nurse Assistant students, need to find an alternative
training practice with immediate effect.
An opportunity has arisen to support students who are already actively
training on either the Level 2 Animal Nursing Assistant course or the
Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing.
– To support a Level 2 student any practice in NI can provide a
training placement. This must be at least 21 hours per week until the
end of May 2019.
– To support a Level 3 students only an approved Training Practice can
be considered. Students are either already in 1st year or 2nd year of
a 3 year course so only practices which are not already supporting this
type of student could be considered. Clinical coach training can be
